Description

The subject of public procurement includes the following main activities: dismantling works, repair of roof and implementation of waterproofing and roof drainage, replacement of lightning protection installation, replacement of old joinery and doors, repair of interior premises and facades - partially, etc., according to the technical specification and the described construction and installation works (CMP) in the bill of quantities. The renovation will be carried out at the Izgrev holiday centre in Sozopol, with an administrative address: General Sozopol, obl. Burgas, Sozopol, 22 Buzludzha Str. The site subject to the public procurement procedure is provisionally treated as a fifth category in accordance with Article 137(1)(5) of the Spatial Development Act (ZUT) and Articles 10 and 11 of Regulation No 1 of 30 July 2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction works, issued by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works.
