As a central purchasing body, the municipality of As hereby wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one beneficiary per parcel for its insurance portfolio, in accordance with Article 2.35° of the Basic Law 17/6/2016, acting as a central purchasing body with additional purchasing activities up to and including the conclusion of the framework agreement, as described in Article 2.6° of the Basic Law of 17/6/2016 ordered with the additional purchasing activities as described in Article 2.8° of the aforementioned Law; and this both in its own name and for OCMW As. The current contract is a service contract (intellectual services) falling under category 06A of Annex 2 to the Law of 17 June 2016 and concerns: The contracting authorities shall be assisted in the award of this contract by the VOF CARU (BE0540.777.770.), Torhoutsesteenweg 2A/502 in 8400 EOSTENDE, represented by its manager, Mr Rudi CLAEYS, domiciled at the same address. The contract for insurance services is subdivided into several lots and subdivisions as set out below in an informative manner and as described later in the technical file of the tender specifications. This breakdown is done in order to obtain the most economically advantageous solution, which can consist of continuation of current insurance or to enable management facilitation per parcel, whereby the division into parcels is in line with the administrative division of tasks of its management. The AO therefore reserves the right not to award the public contract in whole or in part (both certain lots and certain hatches) without this opening any right to compensation for the tenderers. Tenderers must register a complete lot, failing which there will be a substantial irregularity, in order to ensure uniform communication and handling of the files and to facilitate management. The different shutters within the lots have been translated into separate policies for the participants in the merged contract with a disaggregated invoicing.
