Description

The subject of the contract is the supply by the Contractor of equipment for pathomorphological diagnostics, including: task 1 – supply of two tissue processors, task 2 – supply of a sinking machine, task 3 – supply of two dyeing machines, task 4 – supply of two caps, task 5 – supply of two microtomes, task 6 – supply of two cartridge printers, task 7 – supply of two slide printers (hereinafter: as equipment), described in detail in the Compilation of Technical Parameters constituting Annex 6 to the FTZ and in accordance with the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex 4 to the FTZ. Purchase by the Ordering Party of the equipment referred to in paragraph. 1 will be carried out within the framework of the agreement concluded with the State Treasury of the Minister of Health for the implementation of the multi-annual programme entitled: ‘National Oncology Strategy’ for the purchase of specialised equipment (hereinafter: as a grant agreement). The Contracting Authority informs that in the procedure in question, conducted under the open tender procedure, it provides for the possibility of using the procedure referred to in Article 139 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, using the above procedure, the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then make a qualitative selection of the Contractor whose tender was the highest rated in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure.
