The total advice concerns the construction of a children’s house. It includes: architectural, engineering and landscape architectural services and competences in both pedagogical principles and sustainable construction. In the field of sustainable construction, emphasis is placed on experience with DGNA gold certification. Tenderers will be asked for an outline proposal. The winning consultant team will be responsible, inter alia, for various design and award phases up to and including commissioning, including construction management and professional inspectorates.Tenderers must be aware that the construction is part of the construction of a new district in Kildedal, which will also have to be certified by DGNB gold. In this context, the children’s house shall contribute to the certification of the district.
