the contract is a project management contract for the creation of the Vierzon – Aubigny road management centre.
The contract shall consist of a fixed and a conditional part. Options addenda or decisions to continue and additional contracts may be concluded during performance of the contract. The conditions of performance will be specified in the specific documents.
Type of works: Building – new construction. Financial envelope, excluding tax, allocated to works:EUR 2 190 000.
Characteristics of the successful candidate’s mission: basic mission within the meaning of Decree 93-1268 of 29 November 1993. The TF shall comprise: Esq, AVP, study multi energy, pro, act, exe, det, AOR. The TC comprises: Partial EXE, partial VISA, det, AOR. The core mission also includes complementary missions ssi, HQE and Acoustique, a multi-energy study, DIAG, exp and EFJ.
With regard to the work programme, the team must include the preparation of files and consultations falling within the remit of the project manager and necessary to obtain the building permit and other administrative authorisations, as well as assistance to the contracting authority during their investigation.
Description of the project:
(Phase 1) TF design and performance of the following services:
— creation of the basic technical part dedicated to the operation of 112 square metres
— creation of the common areas of the administrative part 162 m 2
— creation of the areas of the business base of the technical part, i.e. 758 square metres
— creation of specific equipment for the farm centre
(Phase 2) TF design and TC:
— creation of spaces in the technical part 140 m
— creation of areas in the business base of 382 square metres of technical rooms
— carrying out road works and miscellaneous fitting-out work
duration of the contract: 36 months from the design to the implementation of the TF
