1.The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation for task No. 07000 entitled: ‘Development of project documentation for the task entitled: ‘Construction of a tram track at al. Architects in Wrocław’, together with obtaining a final decision, a permit for the implementation of a road investment (ZRiD), a final decision convertible to ZRiD for the construction of al. Architects with immediate enforceability and, if necessary, a final decision on the building permit for the section from ul. Cosmonauts to ul. T. Brzozy including: - preparation of the construction project and other documents necessary to obtain relevant administrative consents/decisions, including decisions authorising construction and obtaining all necessary documents, opinions, arrangements to obtain administrative decisions, - preparation of implementing projects, - preparation of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and preparation of the quotation cost estimate (size) and investor's cost estimate, - obtaining the necessary arrangements and preparing and submitting a complete application to the competent authority in order - - obtaining final decisions authorising construction described in the OPZ. 2.A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in Part III of the Terms and Conditions of the contract.
