Description

1. The subject-matter concerns the provision of health services within the framework of the Chirurgia Urazowo-Ortopedycznej Municipal Hospital in Ruda Śląska Sp. z o.o. (CPV: 85141000-9). Under the term ‘health care’ means all activities intended to preserve, save, restore or improve health and other medical activities resulting from the treatment process or from separate provisions governing their exercise.
2. Health services will be provided according to the needs of the contracting authority in accordance with the schedule of working time of the Guaranto-Orthopaedic Curriculum Department:
(a) Monday to Friday between 07:25 and 15.00;
(b) Monday to Friday between 15.00 and 07:25 of the following day (on average 4 on-call duty per month);
(C) on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays (slots) between 07:25 and 07:25 hours of the following day (on average 1 on-call per month).
