Description

The subject of the invitation to tender concerns a lot of two buildings located Route du Mandement 545-549 and 551-553. In order to do so, the Client seeks the services of a multidisciplinary team of representatives, which must be composed as follows: · Pilot office for planning and coordinating studies and work. The project must be managed by an architects’ office. The architects’ office, which is the leader of the group, will carry out all the planning and coordination of the studies and will be responsible for monitoring the performance of the other specialist representatives to be recruited in addition to the members of the group. · CVSE engineering office for the renovation of building techniques; · Office of building physics and thermal engineers for the energy renovation of the building envelope; · Safety engineer’s office to ensure that technical solutions do not increase risks, including fire, and remain compliant with current standards. The consortium may enlist the services of other specialists it deems necessary for the success of the project.
