F-Paris: roof repair and maintenance work
The purpose of this contract is to ensure that, on behalf of the Centre d’Action Sociale de la Ville de Paris (Centre d’Action Sociale de la Ville de Paris), services relating to the efficient maintenance, cleaning, monitoring and control of waterproofing and proper disposal of terraces, gutters and ovens, roofs without terrace of the CASVP establishments and installations in order to ensure that terraces and their components are kept perfectly clean and perfectly watertight, as well as gutters and gutters on all establishments in the CAS-V.P. This contract also covers the necessary renovation or repair works and damaged works to ensure perfect watertightness of buildings or air. The contract comprises 2 geographical lots:
lot 2: establishments located in the 19th and 20th districts of Paris; Arthur Groussier residences in Bondy (93140), Chaleil Prefect in Aulnay and Villers Cotterêt (02),
lot 4: establishments located in the 5th, 6th, 12th and 13th districts of Paris; Cousin de Méricourt and Aqueduc residences in Cachan (94230), Harmonie in Boissy Saint Léger (94470) and Cèdre Bleu Sarcelles (95200) in accordance with Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code.
This contract is an order form contract, the minimum and maximum of which are: lot 2: EUR 25 000 excl. tax, i.e. EUR 29 900 TTC and EUR 250 000 excl. tax, i.e. EUR 299 000 TTC, lot 4: EUR 25 000 excl. tax, i.e. EUR 29 900 tax and EUR 250 000 excl. tax, or EUR 299 000 excl. tax. This contract has been awarded for a period of 1 years from 14.4.2012. This contract is awarded at mixed prices partly at a global and all-inclusive price and part at unit prices.
