Description

As a state enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), SBH Schulbau Hamburg has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing the school properties in accordance with economic principles, taking into account school interests, and of renting out the more than 400 schools to the Authority for School and Vocational Education and Training (BSB). For the Genslerstraße elementary school, a monument-appropriate renovation concept was developed, which, in addition to the elimination of defects and pollutants, aims to operate the property sustainably, economically and future-oriented.
