Description

Under the procedure ‘Data communication equipment and internal network cabling – Cluj node data communication equipment module – RELUARE’, a network management software package will be purchased as part of the project ‘Transforming the university ecosystem through the digital transition to a sustainable European future – eUT4ALL’, e-PNRR project code: 1277457265, Financing Contract No 14067/16 September 2022, in accordance with the tender specifications, for the development of digital infrastructure for educational and research purposes. Technical specifications indicating a particular origin, source, production, special process, trade mark, patent, manufacturing licence shall be mentioned only for the purpose of easily identifying the type of product and shall not have the effect of favouring or eliminating certain economic operators or certain products, unless otherwise specified. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 18 days.
