The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of air-conditioning equipment, which includes: - elaboration and delivery of implementation project documentation, including incorporation of comments and approval of documentation by the contracting authority, - supply of refrigeration equipment (external and internal units), according to approved project documentation, - dismantling and installation works, construction works, including the supply of other materials, - individual, functional and comprehensive testing, evaluation of performed tests, elaboration and approval of accompanying technical documentation and documentation of actual construction, performance of inspection of electrical equipment, delivery of the work. The detailed definition of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Part C. Description of the subject-matter of the procurement documents, Annex 1 to the Contract (Specification of the Work), which forms Annex 2 to the procurement documents, and Annex 1a to the Tender Form (Statement on the Valuation of the Subject-matter of the Contract), which forms Annex 1 to the procurement documents.
