Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sprzedaż energii elektrycznej na potrzeby eksploatacji budynków użytkowanych przez Zamawiającego, na zasadach określonych w ustawie z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne (t.j. Dz.U. 2024 poz. 266) oraz wydanych na jej podstawie aktach wykonawczych. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz wymagania i zasady realizacji zamówienia określone są w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy, stanowiących załącznik nr 6 do SWZ.
