Description

Planungsleistungen für Gebäude gemäß HOAI 2013, § 34 und § 55,
Leistungsphasen 1-9 in stufenweiser Beauftragung zur Sanierung des Rathauses in Groß-Zimmern mit einer Bruttogrundfläche von ca. 2 200 m2.
Für die Durchführung werden Fördermittel verwendet.
Planungsbeginn ist für März 2018 vorgesehen.
Der Bauherr geht von Baukosten für Los 1 von ca. 1 600 000 EUR, für Los 2 von 450 000 EUR und für Los 3 von 500 000 EUR aus.
Das Rathaus in Groß-Zimmern wurde 1976 erbaut. Es ist ein viergeschossiger, unterkellerter Stahlbetonbau mit Flachdach. Es befindet sich in zentraler Lage in Groß-Zimmern.
Während der Baumaßnahme wird der eigentliche Betrieb des Rathauses ausgelagert.
Das Rathaus bedarf einer grundhaften Sanierung. Neben der energetischen Ertüchtigung, soll Barrierefreiheit geschaffen werden. Ferner wird die Haustechnik erneuert und der Brandschutz verbessert.
