Description

De opdracht omvat het onderhoud van liften voor Vitaz vzw en voor Woonzorg Samen Ouder vzw gedurende een periode van 4 jaar waarbij de aanbesteder de mogelijkheid heeft om binnen de drie jaar na sluiting de opdracht te herhalen voor nog eens 4 jaar. Het betreft onder andere : - Het periodiek preventief onderhoud van alle liften in de inventaris volgens een vastgelegde contractprijs. - Correctief onderhoud in regie. - Interventies bij defecten en uitval in regie. Alle bovenstaande opdrachten moeten worden uitgevoerd volgens specifieke verwachtingen met betrekking tot de inhoud en het niveau van de geleverde dienstverlening.
