Description

Bodø municipality is conducting this market survey (rfien) in order to obtain insight from the market on how the municipality can best organise and further develop its IT services. Bodø not only wants to continue a traditional delivery and operational model, but is seeking input on how to transform the approach and fully realise the potential of digital solutions based on best practice, and become a more modern, flexible and future-oriented IT organisation.Bodø wants in a future contract to give the supplier a completely central role as a strategic partner in the municipality's digital transformation. This involves being a key actor etc. to help the municipality use modern technology, innovative solutions and best practice in order to achieve increased value and efficiency. Through this RFI, tenderers are invited to make honest and concrete recommendations on how the municipality can be developed into a more strategic and future orientated IT organisation. Suppliers are encouraged to think uniformly and innovatively. Bodø considers the tenderers ́ experiences and recommendations to be decisive. Tenderers who give thorough and relevant input will be able to gain good insight into the municipality ́s needs and priorities before any competition. All tenderers who answer the RFI will be offered a one-to-one meeting for further clarification. Bodø hopes, therefore, that as many suppliers as possible take the time to answer and participate in this RFI. All input, including any questions, related to this RFI, shall be sent in the via-message function in the KGV system (Mercell) within the stated deadline. Deadline for input/responses: By 18.03.2025.
