It is proposed to award a contract for the design and execution of works relating to the investment objective ‘Design, Engineering and Execution Services Construction Works’ within the project ‘Development of Building C5’ with height regime S technical + Gf + 2E + E technical, with neonatal intensive care function within the Clinical Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology Philanthropy’. The contract will include: Services for design and technical assistance : - Supporting documentation and expenditure for obtaining opinions, agreements and authorisations , - Technical documentation necessary to obtain opinions/agreements/authorisations, - Technical quality check of the technical project and execution details, - Technical project and execution details, - Technical assistance from the designer during the execution period of the works, - Technical assistance from the designer for the participation of the designer in the phases included in the control programme of the execution works Execution of works: - Expenditure for obtaining and arranging the land, - Expenditure for providing the utilities necessary for the objective, - Expenditure for the basic investment, - Site organization, - Expenditure for technological tests and tests and delivery to the beneficiary.
