The subject of the contract is the successive supply, according to the reported demand of marine fuel MGO (Part I-V) and diesel (Part VI-VIII) together with the refuelling service. The supplied MGO DMA fuel and diesel fuel must meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1018) and must comply with PN standards. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and the estimated quantity requirements are contained in Annex No 9 to the FTZ.
