Description

The consultation will give rise to a lump-sum contract and instalments in accordance with Article 77 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016, defined as follows:
Fixed part – diagnosis and basic missions
Optional tranche 1 – authorisation – pilotage – coordination (CIU)
The fixed part is divided into 8 phases defined as follows:
1.Diagnostic assessment;
2.Prior to the Summary Project;
3.Prior final project;
4.Project studies;
5.Assistance for the award of works contracts;
6.Verification of compliance with visa;
7.Directorate for the execution of works contracts;
8.Assistance during acceptance operations.
The contract will take effect from the date of notification for a period of 25 months, excluding the guarantee period of completion of the works resulting from this operation (legal duration 1 year).
