Description

The object of the contract is the provision of the integral service of production, organization and artistic direction of the Festivities in honor of San Rafael 2026, to be held in the municipality of Santa Lucía de Tirajana from October 16 to November 1, 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Specific Technical Specifications. This service includes, in a unitary and inseparable way, the planning and execution of all the technical, artistic, logistical, security and attention to the public aspects necessary for the correct development of the festive events scheduled by the City Council. Thus, under the coordination and supervision of the technical team of the Department of Citizen Participation and Celebrations of the Illustrious City of Santa Lucia de Tirajana, include, among others, services related to the assembly and disassembly of stage, sound production and lighting, medicalized service, assembly and disassembly of chemical bathrooms and modular booths, hiring artists, children's activities, event security and pyrotechnic activities.
