1. The contract concerns:
Supply of industrial fuel coke of more than 40 mm gt. And dimensions according to PN-86/C-02050/06, PN-86/C-02050/01 and parameters
— calorific value of kJ/kg (Qir) – min. 26800,
— sulphur content % (Std) – max. 0,8,
— ash content % (Ad) – max. 11,0,
— total moisture content % (WTR) – max. 7,0,
— indivisible content (with coketics) % – max. 10,0
A quantity of 830 tonnes for: 31 BLT Poznań – Training Centre SP Kiekrz, JW. 2748 Poznań – grandmothers.
2. Supplies in accordance with the ‘Supplies schedule’ of Annex 2 to the contract, which forms an integral part of the contract.
3. The cost of transport will be included in the cost of delivery by the Contractor.
4. Qualitative acceptance is included in the draft contract – Annex 5 to the ToR
