Description

The wellbeing services county of Central Ostrobothnia requests an offer for the maintenance and basic cleaning of Iltarusko for the period 1.1.2026-31.12.2028, with the possibility of a one-year option. Iltarusko is a 42-seat 24-hour assisted living unit for the elderly and a 13-seat periodic care unit at Pappilantie 7 and Oktaavintie 3, 69600 Kaustinen. The notice period is 3 months on both sides. The resident wing of the Elderly House Association is located at Oktaavintie 3. Cleaning of the hallway does not belong to Soite, but the chosen service provider can agree on cleaning with the association. Attached is the unit card, floor plan, purity grades and feedback instructions. Cleaning is about 2700 m2, 5xweek. Basic cleaning is done once a year. You can work at the property from 6 am to 5 pm, one person at least until 4 pm due to Kuntola's exchange cleanings. The service description defines the level of cleaning required for each room and the basic cleaning tasks. The specifications for grades (A to E) are set out in the ‘Cleanliness grades’ document. The distribution of costs between the customer and the producer is described in the responsibility distribution table, which can be found in the service description.
