Description

As a result of the contract, the 23 public consumption facilities located in the municipality of Bâlteni, Gorj County, will be supplied with electricity, thus ensuring public lighting, the proper functioning of the activity within the institution and public objectives, as well as the functioning of the local water supply system.
The maximum estimated value for the 36-month period is RON 1 234 717,77, excluding VAT, based on the average consumption over the last 12 months, of the current market tariff.
Any interested economic operator shall have the right to request clarification or additional information in relation to the award documentation, within the time limit set by the contracting authority in the simplified contract notice and the procurement data sheet in section I.3) ‘Communication’ of the Procurement Data Sheet, i.e. 7 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
