Description

Framework agreement on the public procurement of MEAT AND MEAT PREPARATIONS, in accordance with the requirements of the tender specifications. The total estimated CA value expressed in lei excluding VAT is min. 862.87 lei and max. 1,067,902.30 lei. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract expressed in RON excluding VAT is at least RON 862.87 – RON 802.532.45. The quantities of products are those specified in the specifications - 28 items. The products will be delivered with the characteristics and under the conditions required in the specifications. The envisaged period for the development of the framework agreement is 12 months from the date of its completion. During the course of the framework agreement, 3 subsequent contracts will be concluded. The number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the closing date for the submission of tenders shall be 18 days.
