Description

1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of bread and confectionery in 2024 to the 41st School Aviation Database in Dęblina. 2. The procedure shall be marked with the reference number: 70/23/N. 3. The procedure was divided into two (2) independent tasks: Task I – the subject-matter of the contract is the successive supply of bread; Task II – the subject of the contract is the successive supply of confectionery products. 4. The contracting authority allows partial tenders to be submitted, meaning that the economic operator may submit a tender for the full material scope of one or two tasks (lots) of the contract. Each complete task is part of the contract. The contracting authority allows you to submit a tender for all or a selected task (lot) of the contract. Each task (lot) of the contract will be assessed separately. Tenders not containing the full scope of the subject-matter of the contract specified in the individual tasks will be rejected on the basis of Article 226. 1 pt. (5) PPL Act 5. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in this ToR and: 5.1. IN TASK AND: Annex 1 to the ToR, i.e. the tender form; Annex 2a to the ToR, i.e. Minimum quality requirements; Annex 3 to the ToR – i.e. the proposed provisions of the agreement; 5.2.
