Description

This is not a contract notice or a call for tenders, but a request for information for market consultation purposes. With this notice, the contracting entity (the City of Jyväskylä, Muurame Municipality, Uuraise Municipality, Lauka Municipality and the Jyväskylä Training Municipal Association, Gradia) invites interested parties to register for dialogue sessions to be carried out as part of the preparation of the procurement. The procurement ring will be put out to tender for the joint procurement of milk and milk products. The supply of milk and milk products includes in particular milk, milk drinks, biscuits, creams and milk-based products for cooking, milk-based snacks, milk-based snacks, creams and cognised cheeses, milk-based yoghurts, puddings and wines, and cheeses. The town of Jyväskylä (Kylän Kattaus) has two central kitchens and approximately 75 service kitchens, a total of about 77 drop points. The grooves have 2 drop points: school centre kitchen and Hirvase school kitchen. There are 6 drop points in gradia restaurants. One drop point in Muurame and a total of 7 drop points in Lauka. Title: Enrolment for market dialogue Milk and dairy products. The contracting entity wishes to engage in a technical dialogue with all interested parties. The questionnaire in form will be sent to all those interested in the dialogue. Two to four market players will be invited to present themselves and discuss individually the ongoing procurement in Teams palmets. The discussion will be based on the replies of the Forms questionnaire. Indicative timetable for dialogues: As a matter of priority, all dialogues will be held in week 12. A more precise date will be agreed with the selected suppliers separately. The contracting entity will send the Forms questionnaire to interested parties by 1.3.2024. Replies to the Forms questionnaire will be sent by 08/03/2024 at 16.00.
