Předmětem zakázky jsou stavební práce vlastní realizace stavby dálnice D55 Otrokovice, obchvat JV. Provedení zakázky vlastní realizace stavby je nezbytné pro uskutečnění stavby. Předmětem zakázky je samotná realizace dálnice (výstavba hlavní trasy a souvisejících stavebních objektů). Stavební práce budou prováděny v koordinaci se stavebním dozorem a na základě požadavku a pro zajištění potřeb objednatele.
