Description

The bus must comply with the legal requirements laid down in Section III of the Road Traffic Act of 20.6.1997 (Journal of Laws 1997, No 98, item. 602, as amended), and comply with the technical conditions laid down in the Regulation of the Minister for Infrastructure of 31.12.2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 22 August 2013, item 951 as amended).
2.The bus offered must necessarily have a valid ‘Vehicle Typ Type Approval Certificate’ issued by a Member State of the European Union allowing registration in Poland – the approval with annexes must necessarily be attached to the tender (in the case of a certificate issued by a country other than Poland, a translation into Polish must also be attached).
