Description

The hydrogen production system shall consist of all necessary components for the continuous production of a hydrogen stream of the purity required for automotive applications with a maximum capacity between 0,8 and 5 kg H2/h. • Type of hydrogen generation system (electrolyser stack) - alkaline or proton exchange membrane (PEM) • The system shall be capable of continuously producing a hydrogen stream with a maximum capacity between 0,8 and 5 kg H2/h. • The system shall be able to reduce the continuous production of hydrogen to 10 % or less of its maximum production expressed in kg H2/h. • The system should be able to operate continuously at a minimum of 8000 h/yr for a minimum period of 5 years. • The minimum output pressure of the hydrogen stream shall be at least 10 bar. • The system should ensure self-sufficiency of water demand based on a standard water supply connection. This can be achieved, for example, by the presence of a water treatment module for tap water to the required level of cleanliness. Such a module should include a water quality monitoring system warning of the need to carry out service procedures (e.g. replacement of filters). • Providing integral thermal stabilization modules. If the electrolyser stack or other component of the installation requires heat exchange, the system should include an appropriate thermostating system. • The system is to be powered on the basis of a 400 V three-phase power grid. For other requirements of individual modules, an appropriate system adjusting the parameters of the internal power supply should be provided. • In addition to the possibility of mains power supply, the system should be compatible with the possibility of power supply from a photovoltaic farm. • If the system requires process air streams, the installation should provide itself with an air stream of appropriate parameters by taking air from the environment and processing it in internal modules (e.g. compressors). • The system should include all necessary systems (such as dehumidification, cooling and purification) in order to produce as the final product a hydrogen stream of a quality suitable for Automotive applications (all parameters defined as Grade D according to ENGLISH ENGLISH ENGLISH ENGLISH ENGLISH ENGLISH ENGLISH ENGLISH ENGLISH ENGLISH ENGLISH ENGLISH ENGLISH ENGLISH ENGLISH ENGLISH ENGLISH ENGLISH ENGLISH ENGLISH ENGLISH ENGLISH ENGLISH ENGLISH ENG Standards ISO14687:2019). • Continuous monitoring of the purity of the hydrogen produced. • The system should provide control, control and recording of operating parameters through PC software (a control unit in the form of a computer with installed software should be included), optionally it is advisable to equip the installation with a dedicated control panel. • The system should be able to remotely connect the electrolyser to the service for diagnosis and troubleshooting. • The system should have fire safety sensors. • The system should be delivered in a closed housing. The container should provide access to individual modules (e.g. through raised side walls). • The system should be adapted to work outdoors, outside the building (minimum operating temperature range -20 ÷ +40 0C, resistance to weather conditions). • The system should be able to operate in a potentially explosive environment when a container is placed inside a laboratory building. • The system should comply with Directives 2006/42/EU Machinery Directive 2014/30/EU EMC Directive 2014/24/EU ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU Low-Voltage Directive 2017/68/EU Pressure Equipment Directive • The system contains a hydrogen buffer tank for storing hydrogen produced. The water volume of this tank should be 1.5 m3. This tank shall be equipped with an analogue pressure gauge and a digital pressure gauge integrated into the computerised control system. The container shall have a hydrogen connection based on a Swagelok type connector for sampling. In addition, the tank should have a separate connection for hydrogen output - a terminal connection of the Swagelok type for a precision pipe with an external diameter of 1 inch, this connection is also to have a shut-off valve installed. The tank should also have a safety valve. • The supplier shall ensure the availability of spare parts for a period of at least 5 years. • The supplier will provide design and implementation documentation for the system in Polish. • The supplier will provide a complete set of technical documentation required by the Office of Technical Inspection on delivery • The supplier will provide training for the Ordering Party, enabling independent operation of the system during its normal operation. • The supplier provides a warranty for the system for a period of 2 years. • The cost of consumables consumed during the year during normal operation of the installation should not exceed 5% of the order price.
