Description

Om beleidsdoelen te realiseren heeft de Gemeente Den Haag vastgoed in eigendom. Soms staat dit vastgoed tijdelijk leeg en moeten deze leegstaande panden en percelen beheerd worden. Het doel van het leegstandbeheer is om leegstaande panden en percelen goed te benutten door een invulling met bewoning, bedrijven of maatschappelijke initiatieven, waardoor ongewenste situaties als vandalisme, illegale bewoning en verloedering in en rond leegstaande objecten wordt voorkomen. Daarbij is het noodzakelijk om, indien gewenst, op korte termijn weer over het vastgoed te kunnen beschikken, zonder hiervoor juridische procedures te moeten voeren. De Gemeente Den Haag wil bovenstaande doelen bereiken middels een aanbesteding per 1-1-2025 een raamovereenkomst te sluiten met drie partijen die het regulier leegstandsbeheer in Den Haag optimaal kunnen verzorgen.
