Description

The subject of the contract is to deliver and install in organisational units of the Tax Administration Chamber in Szczecin multifunctional devices at the disposal of the Contractor at his expense and risk and to service them (including the supply of consumables) aimed at ensuring continuous and uninterrupted operation, in return for a fee calculated on the basis of the number of printouts made. The order should be executed in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex No. 1, 1a to the SWZ and the conditions contained in the model contract specified in Annex No. 12 to the SWZ. The contractor will be remunerated for the actual number of printouts made on the devices covered by the contract. The quantities indicated in Annex 1a to the CVT are estimated quantities (calculated on the basis of actual performance) and may change during the performance of the contract.
