Description

The supply of services to be auctioned includes the following:
The maintenance of green on the central islands, on adjacent islands where they exist, on slopes and hubs of the road as described above.
(1) maintenance, troubleshooting and, in general, the smooth operation of the irrigation system on all roads.
(2) the cleaning of green spaces, stratified surfaces on the islands and cleaning with suction sweeps of the roads concerned.
(3) the removal of dried bushes and trees and their replacement with new plants and the completion of turf, where necessary.
(4) the installation of a new irrigation system where necessary.
In particular, and after written approval by D9, the provider may be instructed, within the approved financial object of the contract, to carry out work on roads which do not fall within the remit of the DKEKO but which are functionally connected to the networks of the DKESO and which require them to be carried out.
The purpose of this call for tenders is to provide the services necessary for the maintenance, improvement and installation of green space within the lines of responsibility of the IASO described in the Technical Description and falling under Annex II A of Directive 2004/18/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31ης/03/2004 on the coordination of procedures for the award of public works contracts, public supply contracts and public service contracts under category 1 and under the CPV code section. 77310000-6 (planting and maintenance of green spaces), 77312000-0 (clearing services from wild boar), 77312100-0 (weed removal services), 11340000-5 (tree and bushes fractionation), 77341000-2 (tree branches), 77342000-9 (Shrub branch), 77314100-5 (Grant cover services), 90610000-6 (Street cleaning and sweeping services), 43323000-3 (irrigation equipment), 45232121-6 (Construction work for irrigation water distribution piping);
Please note that, for reasons of transparency and equal treatment of those participating in the tender, but also in compliance with the requirements of EU legislation and CJEU case law (Case C-496/99 P/Commission v CAS Succhi di Frutta SpA), the physical and economic object of the services tendered for must not be substantially altered during the performance of the contract.
