Description

This consultation aims to designate an operational urban planner who will accompany the developer in the implementation of the Lyon Confluence operation, which is scheduled to end in 2030. It will be entrusted with a framework agreement covering the entire perimeter of the development concession held by the SPL Lyon Confluence. The latter covers the ZAC Lyon Confluence 2nd phase, and the historic Perrache Sainte-Blandine district. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be entrusted with the following tasks: - missions to accompany the developer in the general conduct of the project (contribution to workshops, update of the mass plan, support for the phasing of the operation, evolution of the PLUH ...), - missions to accompany construction projects (island capacity study, development of lot sheets, analysis of tenders, general monitoring of construction projects, mission of architect consulting …)
