The purpose of the consultation is to appoint a general building company or a joint and several consortium of contractors authorised for the contract and a project manager composed of an architect and one or more consultancy firms covering all the technical fields necessary for the operation with a view to carrying out a free rental housing programme for Foncière Logement, on behalf of the subsidiary which it will replace, at Nanterre (92) – University district, in the form of a design/implementation contract.
