GÜ Services for the construction of a student residence in prefabricated (e.g. modular) timber construction The Protestant Alumneumsstiftung in Regensburg is planning the construction of a new student residence for 450 students in Regensburg. The subject of this invitation to tender is the design and construction of two 4-storey building parts with flat roof in prefabricated (e.g. modular) timber construction as well as other construction services (e.g. arcades as prefabricated steel / reinforced concrete construction, roof construction including greenery) as part of the overall construction of the new Melanchthonheim building. The service includes the execution planning, prefabrication, erection and complete dismantling up to the operational condition. On the construction side, two pedestal buildings with six stairwells in reinforced concrete are built in advance, which include an underground car park and further basement rooms in the basement and an administration and event area on the ground floor.
