The object of this centralised procurement is the purchase by the NATIONAL OFFICE FOR CENTRALIZED PURCHASES OF CLEANING AND HOUSEHOLD PRODUCTS, on behalf and for the Buyer-Users referred to in Section I.2) Joint Procurement, completed with those who are enrolled in the PEAPC User Register, the full list being Annex 2 to the Tender Specifications. Scenario for the award of Follow-up Contracts: the simultaneous execution of several Follow-up Contracts over the same period of time, estimating that 30% of the Purchasers-Users will conclude 30% of Follow-up Contracts with a cumulative value of 30% of the estimated maximum quantity/value of the Framework Agreement, i.e.: 777 Users-Buyers will conclude in the same period of time Subsequent Contracts with a cumulative value of 23.436.009,80 lei excluding VAT, rounded to 23.436.000,00 lei excluding VAT . In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 19 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
