Description

The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply of envelopes and printed pouches meeting the current needs of the Grand Reims Urban Community, the City of Reims and the Municipal Social Action Centre of the City of Reims and any other members of the Purchasing Centre. It is a framework agreement, performed in full by issuing order forms, issued pursuant to Articles R. 2162-1 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code, and concluded without any minimum or maximum. It shall be drawn up for a period of 4 years from the date of its notification and no earlier than 16.3.2020. Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 29 et seq. of the CCAG-FCS, it shall be terminated on each anniversary date by decision of the central purchasing centre notified to the contractor by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt 2 months before the end of the current period. Such termination shall not entitle the holder to any compensation.
