This consultation concerns the establishment of a framework agreement for the provision of hygiene and cleanliness services, the management of household waste and the replacement of caretakers, for all the assets of companies in'li and in'li Property Management known as "in'li PM". The services will be carried out mainly in Ile de France. The services to be performed and their technical requirements are detailed in the Specific Technical Specifications (C.C.T.P.) and its annexes. The framework agreement is broken down into 7 lots as specified in Article 2.2 of the Consultation Regulation. Economic operators may submit a tender for one lot, several lots or all lots. Once the evaluation criteria for the tenders referred to in the tender specifications have been applied, a tenderer may be awarded a maximum of two lots, as follows: - A lot relating to in'li - A lot relating to in'li PM. Thus the candidate will not be awarded 2 lots in'li or 2 lots in'li PM. The terms of submission to the different lots are specified in article 3.1.1 of the RC
