Outsourcing of specialists in the area of IT projects and systems
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive services in the field of providing human resources from the IT industry, by delegating to the Employer Specialists to perform Works for and under the supervision of the Employer meeting the requirements and having the competences and experience specified in the OPZ. 2. As part of this service, the Contractor will provide HR and payroll services for Specialists and supervision over the implementation of the Agreement to the extent necessary to ensure the continuity of services provided by Specialists. 3. Management of the course of works, commissioning of works and time settlement of works of individual Specialists will be carried out by the Ordering Party. 4. The Ordering Party specified the estimated limit of Working Hours to be used as part of the basic order for each type of Specialist and the estimated limit of Working Hours to be used by the Ordering Party as part of the Option. 5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to request more than one Specialist of a given type in a single Request. The number of Specialists applied for under a single Order may exceed the number of persons for each category of Specialists indicated in point 7 of the OPZ, to which the Contractor agrees. 6. The actual number of Specialists may change (increase or decrease) in relation to the number of Specialists indicated in point 7 of the OPZ during the performance of the Contract, depending on the actual needs of the Ordering Party reported to the Contractor. 7. Estimated number of specialists: 1) Project Manager – 1 person 2) IT Architect – 4 people 3) Business Analyst – 3 people 4) IT Specialist – 3 people 4) IT Specialist UX and UI Designer – 1 person 5) Security specialist – 1 person 6) Front-end programmer – 2 persons
