1. The subject of the contract is the following delivery: Supply of medical equipment as part of the task entitled: Increasing access to high-quality healthcare in the Poviat Medical Center Sp. z o.o. of the Poviat Hospital in Wieruszów. 2. The contracting authority divided the order into the following parts: 1) Part 1 - Medical equipment for endoscopy laboratory*; 2) Part 2 - Medical equipment for orthopaedic clinics; 3) Part 3 – medical equipment for gynaecological and obstetric clinics; 4) Part 4 - Medical equipment for ophthalmic clinics; 5) Part 5 – Medical equipment for cardiac clinics; 6) Part 6 - Medical equipment for one day surgery unit.
