Description

The middle school in Karlsfeld was built in 1971. The building was not refurbished indoors except for the isolated individual measures listed below. 2009 to 2011: Energy renovation of the building envelope as part of the stimulus package II (exchange of windows and sun protection, WDVS façade, roof renovation, connection of the building to the municipal district heating network, as well as the partial implementation of a fire protection concept) 2013 to 2014: Construction of an output kitchen integrated in the ground floor and a dining room as an extension in the courtyard. A comprehensive modernization is necessary due to various requirements for modern teaching by the user. The measure is to be carried out in three construction phases defined by us, within 3 years, during ongoing school operation. Optimizations of the schedule by the planners, which shorten the renovation, are in the interest of all parties involved. It should be noted that permanently noise-intensive work is to be started in the Bavarian school holidays. In addition, there will be requirements from the user for certain periods, such as final exams, etc., in which no work is possible. Otherwise, noisy work on weekdays after 1 p.m. or after consultation at short notice is also possible during school hours. As part of the measure, an up-to-date fire protection certificate must be developed and implemented with a specialist fire protection planner on site. Important milestones in the construction phases: BA 1, EC and 3rd floor EC: - 2 school kitchens with connection to LFA on the canal side and a common theory and dining room - administration from the 2nd floor to the ground floor 3. OG: - Computer rooms from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor - All music rooms on the 3rd floor with the necessary sound insulation measures BA 2, 2nd floor 2nd floor: - No constraints due to rooms, everything should be prepared in construction section 1 - handicraft and work space from the ground floor to the 2nd floor BA 3, ground floor and 1st floor EC: - Aula - conversion of handicraft and workspace 1st floor: - No constraints due to rooms, the specialist rooms can be dispensed with for one year.
