Description

Kelalla on Helsingin seudulla (Espoo, Helsinki, Vantaa, Sipoo, Kirkkonummi, Järvenpää, Kerava, Tuusula, Nurmijärvi, Hyvinkää, Mäntsälä, Vihti) neljä isompaa kiinteistöä ja 23 toimistoa. Vuosittain Kela toteuttaa tällä alueella noin 10–20 korjaus-, kunnossapito- ja muutostyöhanketta, joiden hankekohtaiset kokonaiskustannukset vaihtelevat 10 000–1 500 000 EUR:n välillä.
Hankinnan tavoitteena on kilpailuttaa Kelan käyttöön alueellinen puitejärjestely, johon valittavat palveluntuottajat tuottavat rakennuttamispalvelua edellä kuvattuihin Helsingin seudulla toteutettaviin Kelan hankkeisiin.
