Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie usługi przeglądów technicznych aparatury medycznej i urządzeń wyszczególnionych w Załączniku Nr 2 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia, zwaną dalej „swz”, dla Szpitala Wojewódzkiego w Bielsku-Białej przy Al. Armii Krajowej 101, wg zestawienia ilościowego określonego w Załączniku Nr 2 do swz, na warunkach określonych w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy stanowiących Załącznik Nr 4 do swz. 2. Pod pojęciem przeglądu technicznego aparatury medycznej i urządzeń, o którym mowa w ust. 1, rozumie się wykonanie czynności, których zakres określa dokumentacja serwisowa producenta danego urządzenia. 3. Wszystkie zainstalowane elementy, części i podzespoły aparatury medycznej i urządzeń w trakcie wykonywania przeglądu technicznego muszą być nowe (tj. nienaprawiane i nieregenerowane). 4. Wykonanie przedmiotu zamówienia będzie się odbywać na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy.
