The subject matter of this contract is the provision of services by means of transport and winter road maintenance equipment to the Voivodeship District in Tuchola consisting of:
— control of winter slippery by spilling drainage materials and fluxes with sands and sunbeds,
— maintenance on standby of the equipment intended for the execution of the tasks, including maintenance,
— the work of equipment, sandcars and Solarek, performing stand-by duty equipment at the contracting authority’s disposal, loading materials, access to the base,
—the contracting authority will ensure the supply of road salt at the landfill site indicated by the contractor, lot 2, No 3,
— the contracting authority will provide the contractor with the equipment in a state of technical order before the winter season, where its technical condition will be described,
— the contractor will supply sand and make a mixture and brine in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister for the Environment of 27 October 2005 (Journal of Journal of Laws 230, Items 1960) Lot No 1, No 2, No 3,
— the contractor will secure, at its own expense, measures to combat slipping from moisture at its own storage site, part 2, No 3,
— after the sand-saling mixture, the contractor is required to store the material in such a way as to enable it to be metered,
— surface snowning with rotor ploughs, snow-ploughs, graders and chargers,
— cooking of the salt-wall mixture (contracting salt),
— loading of salt sandy mixture and road salt,
— at the end of the winter season, the designated sections of the sand roads will be cleaned (the designated places will be indicated by the contracting authority in towns with pavements in the kerb) + sewage grids.
