Description

This restricted project management competition with intermediate delivery on ESQ-APS carried out in a single phase in view of the nature of the operation has been carried out pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1, R. 2162-15 to R. 2162-26 and R. 2172-1 to R. 2172-6 of the Public Procurement Code. Basic mission ‘Loi Mop’ in accordance with Article R. 2431-4 of the Public Procurement Code, with the following additional tasks:
coordination of fire safety and security.
The maximum volume of the work and the expectations of the contracting authority are defined in the specifications, approved by the National Heritage and Architecture Commission of 4.7.2019, attached to the notice of competition. The construction must include at most the dimensions of the original construction, i.e. 25 m wide and approximately 7.3 m deep.
OPPIC is authorised to launch this project management competition in the name and on behalf of DRAC Pays de la Loire (contracting authority), which will notify the project management contract.
The maximum estimated financial allocation reserved for works by the contracting authority shall be: EUR 2 000 000 excluding value January 2020.
