This framework agreement for subsequent contracts concerns the search for two service providers to provide topographic services for Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur and Aéroport du Golfe de Saint-Tropez. Maximum envisaged number of participants in the framework agreement: 2 In accordance with Article R.2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code, the framework agreement is concluded without a minimum and is subject to a maximum amount (for the entire duration of the framework agreement, including any renewals) of: • €600 000 excluding tax for Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur • €150 000 excluding tax for Aéroport du Golfe de St Tropez Previous publications relating to the same consultation: This consultation follows a previous procedure launched on 28/03/2025 (2025-033 MAPF) and declared without further action in accordance with Article R.2185 1 of the Public Procurement Code, on grounds of public interest relating to the conditions for participation initially laid down. They shall include all the items listed below. Proposals must be received before the deadlines indicated on the AIR ACHATS platform. Visit: In order to allow each company whose application has been accepted to draw up a commercial and technical proposal that is as complete as possible, the buyer requires the submission of a case study, the details of which will be indicated in the consultation letter, communicated to the candidates admitted to submit a tender. This appointment will be fixed for companies having their application file selected between 23/03/2026 and 03/04/2026. This case study and a certificate of withdrawal must be attached to the candidate’s proposal. The topographic survey with drawing up the ‘TEST’ CAD plan will not be subject to any financial compensation. For practical details and in particular requests for badges, please refer to the consultation letter (LC). CRITERIA FOR JUDGMENT OF APPLICATIONS Maximum number of candidates authorised to submit a tender: The buyer shall verify the suitability to pursue the professional activity, the economic and financial capacity as well as the technical and professional capacity of the candidates. According to the documents requested above and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Public Procurement Code, only candidates with sufficient financial, technical and professional capacity to perform the services covered by the contract will be allowed to submit a tender. The financial, technical and professional capacities of the candidates must be linked and proportionate to the subject of the contract. Period of validity of tenders: 120 days from the final date for receipt of tenders.
