Description

The purpose of this contract is to identify and eliminate graffiti and wild displays (posters, posters, stickers, etc.) throughout the territory of the City of Niort. It includes the following services: • The identification of graffiti and wild displays, by neighborhood or by street, according to a schedule established in consultation with the services of the City of Niort, • The information of the owners of the buildings where the graffiti are located, • The erasure of graffiti, by hydro scrubbing or air scrubbing, or with a chemical or cleaning high or low pressure hot or cold or as a last resort, coating by paint. • The removal of posters, posters, stickers on the elements of urban furniture, as well as the related glue residues, • The taking of digital photos before and after the service, these photos must be systematically identified by the address of the place of intervention.
