Description

Business Finland’s financial services started marketing and management of the production incentive for the audiovisual sector on 1 January 2017. The incentive is based on a payment credit paid retrospectively for consumption during production preparation and production in Finland. The fee credit is intended for both domestic and foreign film, TV, animation and documentary productions. Productions must meet the criteria of Section 1 of the Government Decree on the Promotion of Film Arts (843/2007) on a cultural product. A separate regulation on the production incentive has been adopted.
