It is reserved to:  the running of trains on only shorter sections of the above-mentioned communication lines;  the running of trains on routes consisting of different lines of communication (or sections thereof) which are listed above. The final train relations on the above-mentioned communication lines will result from the technical feasibility of launching the connections, including in connection with work currently or in the future carried out by the relevant railway infrastructure manager or passenger station operator. This notice constitutes the notice referred to in Article 23 para. 1 of the Public Transport Act and Art. Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2007 on public passenger transport services by rail and by road and repealing Council Regulations (EEC) Nos 1191/69 and 1107/70.
