Description

1. The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of eggs in accordance with the minimum quality requirements set out in Annex 1 to the contract, in the assortment and basic quantities specified in Tables 1,3 subject to the right of option for the assortment and the quantities specified in Tables 2,4. The quantity in the option will be provided by the Supplier in the event of the Customer's needs after the basic quantities of a given assortment have been used in full. 2. The model contract Annex No 9 to the FTZ and the minimum quality requirements Annex No 10 to the FTZ supplement the description of the subject of the contract and form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of the contract.
